You must actually believe that what you want is already yours because it is a fundamental aspect of who you are, in order to manifest it.

2. You must obsess and focus

When it comes to manifestation, you'll observe people emphasizing the value of focus to the point of obsession. Doing so impedes the flow of energy and breeds resistance. 

Distract yourself and pursue a variety of interests so that your happiness isn't dependent on THAT ONE THING appearing. This will help you manifest and tune into the flow of limitless possibilities.

Always keep in mind that following your spiritual path and manifesting is about the JOURNEY, not the destination. The Divine plan includes all of the lessons that manifest, failures, difficulties, and tribulations.

If, you want to try this manifestation method then just prepare two cups.

Fill a cup, and write your current situation on the label (such as single, lonely, or what you are feeling at the moment).

Mark the empty cup with the circumstance you want to experience in the future (i.e. loving relationship).

Consider your current circumstances and how you will feel once you achieve your desired outcome for a moment after labeling the cups.

Pour the water from the current situation cup into the desired situation cup while holding on to that positive feeling.

Drink all the water in this desired situation cup, and rip off the label from the current situation cup.

Hold onto the label from the desired situation cup, and know that you’re now attracting the situations that will lead you to whatever your desired outcome is.


4. Positive affirmations, Positive Affirmations and Positive Affirmations

The basic idea of this manifestation technique is to write positive affirmations on sticky notes and put them all around your house.


You can paste these sticky notes on the bathroom mirror so these affirmations are some of the first things you see when you wake up.

This is an easy way to start transforming your mindset and challenging your negative beliefs.
